01Bookkeeping
The problem
Every month someone goes through hundreds of bank and card lines and tags each one by hand. It is slow, two people tag the same supplier differently, and the books are late because of it.
The solution
Upload the expenses as a CSV and every line is sorted into a bookkeeping category automatically, using AI. You review the result and download it ready for the books, with no manual tagging.
02Reconciliation
The problem
The bank balance and the books don't agree, and finding out why means ticking transactions off line by line. It holds up month-end every single time.
The solution
Upload the bank statement and the general ledger. Transactions are paired by date and amount, differences are shown to the exact figure, and anything that appears on one side only is listed separately. You download a reconciliation report with only the exceptions left to look into.
03Financial analysis
The problem
A ledger holds thousands of entries and nobody has time to read them all. Unusual postings and unexplained swings tend to surface late, at audit or when the board asks.
The solution
Upload the ledger and it is reviewed the way a controller would review it: unusual entries are flagged, variances are worked out, and a short executive summary tells you what deserves your attention.
04E-commerce
The problem
You sell on Shopify, Stripe, PayPal or Amazon, and what lands in the bank is never what you sold. Fees, delays and missing payouts are buried in each platform's reports, so overcharges go unnoticed.
The solution
Upload your orders and your payouts. Each order is matched to the payout that paid it, the fee deducted is compared with what that channel should charge, and overdue or unexplained differences are flagged.
The problem
A financial model goes to a lender, an investor or the board with statements that don't tie together, and nobody notices until someone across the table does.
The solution
Validating that the three financial statements link the way a sound model should, and interpreting what the numbers mean for a lender, an investor or a board.
