Privacy & confidentiality

Anything you share with me, through this website or in our work together, is treated as confidential. That includes your financial records, your business details and anything you tell me about your situation.

I use it only for the work you have asked me to do. I never sell it, and I never share or publish it without your written permission, unless the law requires me to. When an engagement ends, I return or delete your records on request, keeping only what the law requires me to keep.

Contact and speaking enquiry forms: your name, email address, organisation, message and any event details you give. I use them only to reply to you.

Newsletter: your email address, used only to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@nabilasandra.com.

The site uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The only thing it stores in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark theme.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are delivered to my inbox at info@nabilasandra.com by an email delivery service (currently FormSubmit), and my mailbox is provided by Hostinger. Project walkthrough videos load from Cloudinary only when you press play.

These providers handle the information only to deliver it; they are not given it for any other purpose by me.

The demos are there so you can see how each tool works. Please use sample or anonymised data rather than real client records; sample files are included with each project's code.

Files you upload are processed to produce your result and are not saved by the tools. The expense, ledger and payout tools may send the data to Anthropic's Claude AI service to generate categories and summaries. For real client work, your data is handled under the confidentiality commitment above, and we agree together on how and where it is processed.
